I appreciate her care, kindness, knowledge, patience, and willingness to take the time. Never felt rushed and she was happy to answer questions and help in any way. She made me feel valued and comfortable. I will continue seeing her.
The doctor, ultrasound tech, and nurse were all competent at their jobs and gave me confidence in their abilities. There was a bit of waiting at check-in and then between ultrasound and seeing the doctor, but I imagine that was because it was the end of the afternoon on a Friday and the staff was minimal. The rooms/environment could be a little more comfortable/warmer, especially for such a vulnerable type of exam. Having to wait on the paper covered table in a pretty cold, white, clinical setting can be hard on a nervous patient. But these are relatively minor criticisms.
This was my first visit there, and first time meeting Dr.Arnett. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I believe Dr Arnett is my new OB/GYN!

My questions were answered thoroughly by Dr. Arnett. I did not have to wait long at all upon my arrival for my appointment. And the receptionist were great and efficient when I checked out.
