Lisa Conner, FNP received her nurse practitioner education from Ball State University. As a family nurse practitioner, she enjoys caring for a wide range of ages from children to adults. Lisa strives to partner with her patients and develop a personalized care plan that meets their unique needs.
Health and wellness have always been a big part of Lisa’s life. She enjoys staying active and has competed in three NCAA Division I swimming championships in her lifetime. Lisa is passionate about collaborating with her patients to help them pursue a healthy lifestyle as well, and she enjoys helping others identify ways to integrate activities that encourage movement into their lives.
