Appointment Information

New Patients: If you are a new patient to the Riverview Health Employer Clinic, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork or download the New Patient Paperwork and bring a completed copy with you to your appointment.

Vaccines: All patients requesting vaccines must have been seen at a Riverview Health Employee Health Clinic within the last year. If you have not been seen in the last year and you require a vaccine, please make a New Patient Appointment.  

Late Policy: To accommodate all patients requesting to be seen in the clinic, we ask that you please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule. If you have difficulty scheduling an appointment, please allow our staff to help by calling the office during regular scheduled hours.

Nutrition Counseling & Diabetes Management

If you’re struggling with losing weight, meal planning, diabetes or another nutrition and wellness area, and you are committed to making long-term changes, these programs are for you and are offered to you for free.

Hamilton County and City of Noblesville Employees can schedule an appointment by calling a Riverview Health Employer Clinic during regularly scheduled hours.

Outpatient Pharmacy Information

Please allow a 48-hour notice for any prescription refill requests. If you already have an active prescription, you can create an account on our online pharmacy portal to easily manage your prescriptions and request refills.
