balance and core fitness class

Intensity: Moderate

This class is designed to work on improving balance, core strength and flexibility. In 60 minutes, we'll include a plethora of low-impact exercises meant to challenge your full body each and every time you attend. You must be able to get down on the floor on a yoga mat and back up unassisted.
