Dr. Jacobsen is the team sideline physician for the Noblesville High School Millers. The Clinic is open to athletes from all schools or club and travel sports leagues.
The clinic is open Saturday mornings from 8 am to 10 am in the Express Care unit of the Riverview Emergency Center. You will not be billed for an emergency or urgent care visit, nor will any co-pays or deductibles be collected at the time of service.
Insurance is billed for all services provided. Invoices may be received from up to 4 providers based on the services received.
