Memorial & Honor Gifts

In celebration of Riverview Hospital, the Riverview Hospital Foundation created the “Flame of Life” Endowment. Gifts made to the Endowment help to plan for the Hospital's future.

The Endowment Fund was established to promote and support the mission and vision of Riverview Hospital. The Endowment supports long-term healthcare needs and opportunities for Riverview.

Today, the Endowment Fund has grown to more than $2 million. The purpose of the Endowment is “To build a fund from which earnings will provide a meaningful stream of income separate from the Foundation’s membership campaign.”

In recognition of those who make a gift to the “Flame of Life” Endowment Campaign, contributors will have an opportunity to have their name engraved into a limestone panel, paver or a clay brick paver. As an additional option, contributors may wish to memorialize or honor a loved one.

There are three options to participate in the “Flame of Life” program:

• $9,000 – 30” x 48” engraved limestone paver
• $900 – 16” x 16” engraved limestone paver
• $190 – 4” x 8” engraved clay brick paver
