Welcome to Noblesville Pediatrics. We are pleased you have chosen us to provide primary care to your child. We are a group of pediatricians and a nurse practitioner specializing in the care of children from infancy through adolescence.

Appointments

Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. We see children by appointment only. We make every effort to see your child in a timely manner. Please call in the morning if you feel your child needs to be seen that day. Well child checkup appointments are scheduled at least four to six weeks in advance.

Lab Hours

A nurse is available from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM to assist patients with walk-in laboratory tests, weight checks and immunization administration. We ask for your patience during these visits as the nurses will assist you as quickly as possible.

Telephone Calls

Feel free to call the office if you have questions regarding your child’s condition, medication, treatment, or test results during office hours. Nurses are available to answer many of your questions and arrange prescription refills.

Consent for Treatment

As a parent, there may be times when you ask a grandparent, aunt, or babysitter to bring your child to their appointment. For these situations, we have “consent for treatment” forms. Your completion of this form allows us to provide care for your child without your presence. Forms are available at our office or by clicking here.

Canceling

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible. We appreciate a 24 hour notice for physicals and a 4 hour notice for sick visits. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients needing to be seen. If three appointments are missed without notifying us in advance, we will ask you to find another practice to care for your child.

Emergency Care

If your child has an urgent condition that cannot wait until the office reopens, please call the office and a recorded message will direct you to the physician on call, a member of Noblesville Pediatrics. Someone is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you leave a message with the answering service and we do not return your call within 60 minutes, please call back. The physician on call may have you bring your child into the office for an urgent visit on weekends. Please call in the morning on weekends if you feel that your child may need to be seen.

Fees

Charges for our services are determined by the time required and the complexity of the problem. A fee is charged for each child seen. If you would like to have more than one child examined, please tell the receptionist or nurse when scheduling the appointment so all the charts can be pulled and sufficient time allowed for the exam. If your child is seen for both a physical and an illness at the same time, you will be charged separately for these visits. Please be aware that your insurance company may or many not cover these separate charges and you will therefore be financially responsible.

Billing

We request payment for services at the time of the office visit unless we have a contract with your insurance carrier. We expect payment of co-pays and deductibles at the time of service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. If the complexity of the visit required higher fees and you cannot pay at the time of the service, billing arrangements should be made at that time. If you are having problems paying our bills or your situation changes, please call our office and let us know so arrangements can be made.

Doctor-Patient Relations

Relations between patients, doctors and office personnel are best when based on mutual understanding and respect. We make a special effort to explain everything to you. If you ever have questions, or if something is not clear, do not hesitate to ask us about it. If you have any suggestions or complaints regarding our services, fees or personnel, please tell us to that we may better serve you.
