Trish Oman

Executive Director

Trish Oman is the Executive Director for the Riverview Hospital Foundation, a position she has held since 1997. She is currently spearheading a $4.6 million Capital Campaign for Cardiology Services for a new cath lab and 16 slice and 128 slice CT Scanner. She is also responsible for philanthropic development with donors; provides leadership for the Foundation's Board of Directors and Philanthropy Council; serves on the hospital's operations team and manages the Foundation staff and Volunteer Department.

Before joining the Foundation, Trish was Director of Development at Methodist Health Foundation. While at Methodist, she helped conduct a $40 million Capital Campaign and prior to Methodist, worked as Manager of Patient and Community Relations at Community Hospital North.

A long-time member of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, Oman has served on AHP's International Board, chaired and co-chaired the Midwest Regional Conference, served as educational chair on the Regional Cabinet, authored an article for the national Fund Raising Management publication and presented at the International AHP Conference.

She received her B.S. in Business Management and her Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Trish is a member of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Alumni, Class XVII, Hamilton County Leadership Academy Class of 1998 and Indianapolis Woman Board of Advisors.

Susan Beckwith

Major Gifts Officer

As the Major Gifts Officer for the Riverview Hospital Foundation, Susan is responsible, alongside of Trish Oman, for the development of major gifts and donor relations.  Prior to being promoted to this position, Susan served as the Foundation’s Philanthropy Officer for three years.

Susan served as the state spokesperson for Girls, Inc. of Indiana and as the Special Events Coordinator for Girls, Inc. of Indianapolis before joining the Foundation in March of 2007.  That same year she received The Governor's Award for Tomorrow's Leaders designed to recognize and honor outstanding young leaders from across Indiana.

Susan graduated from Huntington University with a BA in Communications and she is currently pursuing a Masters in Family & Consumer Science with a concentration in Nutrition.

Lisa Farr

Database Assistant

Lisa is the Database Assistant for the Riverview Hospital Foundation. In her current position, she maintains the constituent database, which includes entering donor gifts and pledges, researching prospects, and generating reports. Lisa also helps update our donor recognition wall.

Prior to joining the Foundation staff, Lisa was the Database Administrator at a local publishing company whose mission statement was "Do good while doing well." In high school, she began working in the warehouse during the summers, transitioned to order entry and customer service, then Database Administrator. She worked at JIST for over 25 years, even while attending college at Ball State University. The company was sold in 2007.

Amanda Trestrail

Philanthropy Officer

As the Philanthropy Officer for the Riverview Hospital Foundation, Amanda oversees the Foundation's fundraising and recognition events, annual giving program and the Community Relations committee.

Prior to joining the Foundation team in October 2010, Amanda was the Administrative Director for a local non-profit organization, Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County. Before entering the non-profit sector, she was a branch manager at FORUM Credit Union for six years. Amanda currently serves on the board of Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County.  

Amanda graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Health Care Administration and earned her Masters in Business Administration from Anderson University in 2005.
