Vendor Remote Access
Vendors and contractors who serve Riverview Hospital may request permission to access resources remotely.
In addition to our Riverview Apps (via Citrix XenApp) and Riverview Desktops (via VMware View) solutions, vendors might also require a temporary SSL VPN or a persistent VPN connection to meet their service level agreement.
To request the remote access, ask your Riverview Hospital contant to provide you a copy of Riverview Hospital's Vendor Access Form. Complete the form, sign it, fax or email it to your Riverview Hospital contant, and retain a copy for your records.

Permission to access resources remotely must be prearranged by your manager and the Information Systems department.
During Business Hours
Have your manager contact the helpdesk at x4357 or helpdesk@riverview.org.
Emergency After Hours
Have your manager contact the House Supervisor at (317) 461-5515 to page a member of the Information Systems department.
