When: Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
To participate: $1,000 per team. This includes cart and green fees, lunch and dinner, on-course refreshments.
If bad weather forces a cancellation, there is a rain date pending. No refunds will be granted.

10TH ANNUAL WOMEN'S RETREAT
The Riverview Hospital Foundation 10th Annual Women’s Retreat provides an opportunity for women to take time for themselves–to nourish their souls while enjoying the fellowship and friendship of other women and provide education on topics regarding self, health and wealth. The retreat includes a stay at a luxury resort with plenty of time for relaxation.

Cynthia Husted, PhD
Cynthia Husted, PhD, is a medical researcher with backgrounds in chemistry, physics, neuroscience and integrative medicine, and early in her career was an intensive care nurse. She has a long-standing interest in integrating east-west medicines with a particular focus on Tibetan, energy and functional medicine. Dr. Husted had a rare, near-lethal reaction to a black widow spider and spent 10 years at home recuperating. She will share with us her insights on transforming and healing the body, mind and spirit. Come celebrate the web of life in retreat.
Amy Banter, PhD
Amy Banter, PhD, grew up in Lapel, Indiana, and attended IU School of Medicine, completing a Family Medicine Residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She currently has a family practice in Noblesville, where she pursues her interests in wellness, nutrition and women’s health. She will be speaking on personalized medicine and how functional medicine is taking us into the future.
