The Riverview Hospital Foundation is very fortunate to have the support of many small, mid-size and large companies throughout Hamilton County. Donations are used for hospital expansion, renovation, capital equipment needs, new services and programs. There are several ways that companies can get involved with Riverview and the Foundation. Take a look:

• Event Sponsorships: It has been exciting to see a shift toward cause marketing in the last five years. Many businesses are now using their marketing dollars for philanthropic purposes. For example, Busby Eye Care in Westfield participates in the Foundation’s Women of Vision Luncheon each May with a sponsorship of $1,000 from their marketing budget. At this giving level, Dr. Kathleen Busby had the opportunity to set up a display table at the event and network with the other 450 attendees at the Renaissance Hotel in Carmel! This is a great way for businesses to support Riverview Hospital and connect with future clients.

• Campaign Gifts: ‘The Heart of Your Community Campaign’ is a $4 million capital campaign raising funds to  purchase a 128 –slice CT scanner and upgrade one of our digital cath labs, a combined cardiology package that is unmatchable in the state. The benefits of this equipment were even greater than we imagined. Local businesses have the opportunity to give directly to this life-saving campaign and will be recognized at the respective giving level. Riverview provides care to over 325,000 patients annually. This is a wonderful way to show your clients passing through the facility that you support Hamilton County’s community hospital.

• In-Kind Gifts: The Foundation works with many businesses that choose to donate items that can later be used for a raffle or in an auction to raise money for the hospital.
