About Dr. Jacobsen:
Stephen Jacobsen, MD is an orthopaedic surgeon and is a member of Riverview Medical Group. His primary office location is in Carmel, with hours in Tipton once a week.
Dr. Jacobsen earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Colgate University. He attended Medical School at the New Jersey Medical School. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Indiana University.
Dr. Jacobsen has competed Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at Wellington Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine. He is board eligible in Orthopaedics.
He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Jacobsen has completed a number of peer-reviewed publications and abstracts and has received an award from the Indiana Orthopedic Society.
